Marinated steak is grilled, sliced and served over a toss of spinach, mushrooms, tomato, red onion and Italian dressing for a summer entrée salad.

what you need

cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

tsp. Worcestershire sauce

 beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick

cups torn spinach
1
cup sliced mushrooms
1
large tomato, cut into wedges
1/2
cup thin red onion rings

Make It

MIX dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture over steak in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate. Drain steak; discard marinade.

PREHEAT greased grill to medium heat. Grill steak, 5 to 6 min. on each side or until desired doneness (medium 160°F). Cut steak across grain into thin slices.

TOSS spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onion with remaining 1/2 cup dressing mixture. Top with steak slices.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a whole grain roll and glass of fat-free milk.
Use Your Broiler
Marinate steak as directed. Drain steak; discard marinade. Place steak on rack of broiler pan, 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 10 min. on each side or until cooked through. Continue as directed.
Substitute
Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each) for the steak and torn romaine lettuce for the spinach.
