Serve with a whole grain roll and glass of fat-free milk.
Marinate steak as directed. Drain steak; discard marinade. Place steak on rack of broiler pan, 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 10 min. on each side or until cooked through. Continue as directed.
Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each) for the steak and torn romaine lettuce for the spinach.

I just used a zesty italian dressing instead of mixing up the Good Seasons, stirred in the worchestershire sauce and it turned out great. Have made it a couple times, would recommend.
Would skip the onions. Added parmesan cheese. Very good.
