  • Cook sauce and vegetables in skillet on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, stack meat on microwaveable plate; top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until cheese is melted.
  • Spread roll with dressing; fill with meat and vegetable mixture.

Special Extra

For extra flavor, mix 1/4 tsp. garlic powder with the MIRACLE WHIP before spreading onto roll. Broil, cut-sides up, until golden brown. Fill with remaining ingredients as directed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a great recipe. This was a great recipe. Very simple! Just an easy, delicious change from what I normally cook. I will definitely be making again. I also used ham the next day for left overs because we didn't have any more roast beef. Tasted just as good. I also toasted the bun with butter. Added tomatoes to mine. It might be a weekly sandwich for my house.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from this was good but not great. this was good but not great. Next time instead od Miracle Whip I might use Mayonaise or maybe mustard. This dish was just a little to sweet for our tastes, but with a couple of modifications it could be great. We will keep you posted

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful... Wonderful... Definatley need to toast the bread, used butter and frying pan. Also put meat on frying pan and heated with cheese on top to melt. Also used mayonnaise with garlic in which really made a difference, it was great !!!!!!

I used more meat than was called for, since this was a quick supper for us before heading out the door. I also used the garlic powder option at the bottom of the recipe and toasted the bread. Hubby raved! I liked it too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I used hogie rolls{6in.}. I used hogie rolls{6in.}. Followed recipe as stated. Used 1 slice of provalone, and a tiny sprinkle of garlic salt. The sandwich was great, but waaay to soogy.
