Very interesting flavor to this dish. The sweet brown sugar was a nice touch, but next time I think I'll cut back a bit on the garlic and onion (which I love by th way, it's not that I don't like garlic and onion, it just seemed a little strong in this recipe) and I'll up the black pepper a bit.
Over all very good recipe, no steak sauce needed!
