  • Preheat grill to high heat. Add steaks. Grill 7 to 8 min. on each side for medium doneness.
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir mushrooms in hot oil in skillet until tender. Stir in steak sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Cut each steak into 3 equal portions. Serve topped with the mushroom mixture.
