This is a great way to use leftover cooked rice. Just prepare recipe as directed, skipping the first step and substituting 3 cups leftover cooked rice for the 1-1/2 cups uncooked rice.

Family loved this easy and healthy dinner. I used brown rice instead of white and frozen peas and carrots, baceasue that's what I had on hand. No leftovers!
This was so much better than I thought it was going to be, my family loved it, I did use half sweetcorn and half peas, it was great, will be making this again.
Pretty good. I couldn't find the Sesame and Ginger dressing, so I just used the Kraft Sesame dressing. I wish I would have added some fresh ginger. Cooking the rice in chicken broth really helps to add flavor.
