what you need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
1/2
tsp.  curry powder
1
lb.  boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
2
cups  assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (mushrooms, broccoli and onions)
4
cups  hot cooked rice

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Combine dressing and curry powder.

PLACE large stir-fry pan on grate of grill. Add 2 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture and the steak to pan. Cook and stir 5 min. or until steak is evenly browned.

ADD remaining dressing mixture and the vegetables to pan. Cook and stir 5 to 10 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and steak is cooked through. Serve over the rice.

Substitute
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the sirloin steak.
Jazz It Up
Garnish with toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds or sesame seeds just before serving.
