Reduce oil to 1 Tbsp. Toss broccoli, red peppers and onions in oil in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring after each min. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
Stir up this tasty vegetable side dish tonight. The broccoli is rich in vitamin A and the red peppers are an excellent source of vitamin C!

I used extra virgin olive oil instead of peanut oil, and I also omitted the soy sauce since I used frozen vegetables already flavored with soy sauce. These were easy, quick, and delicious!
This was super quick and easy! It went great with pork chops :)
This is excellent. After preparing this and before serving I added chicken nuggets to top it off. I found it most satisfying.
