It was easy and I love making it
Ok, this is not a supertasty but I was looking for a recipe that would feed my family of four without going to the grocery store. I searched on chicken cutlets, which is what I wanted to use, and the rest of the ingredients were in the pantry. By 5:30 we were cleaning up dinner. It's an easy, quick, filling meal. It's not going to be in my regular rotation, but it will work in a pinch.
It's just as easy to make chicken, stuffing, and veggies separate. The only advantage is this is all in one pot. Made it a second time and did veggies separately and threw a can of cream of chick soup on it for gravy. I really like to have a nice presentation with my food, and this was sort of boring.
