This is the new family favorite! I caught a little flack in the few min I was preparing it (I have one that doesn't like dressing and one that doesn't like carrots), but by the end of the meal my family was practically licking their plates. I will be making this again. It's a great way to get picky eaters to eat all their vegetables!
I cooked chicken pieces in some balsamic ving.
dressing and microwaved veggies for 2 mins.
