I thought this was quite tasty and will definitely make again.
This was excellent! Only thing I did was add minced garlic when I added the peppers and onions to the pan. Also I didn’t need that much water to mix into the stuffing, just mixed in a little at time until it was moistened. Put everything in the baking dish and mixed its together a little and baked according to the directions. Came out great and everyone loved it!! It was a nice change to the basic sausage and peppers. Will make again!!
My husband loves this dish. I have used tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce and it comes out great either way, but I only use about 10 ounces. Great flavor & very colorful dish.
