STOVE TOP Herb-Chicken Bake with Vegetables

With its melted cheese and mixed veggies, this one-dish chicken bake is bound to become the family's new favorite casserole.

What You Need

cups  hot water

pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1
can  (10-3/4 oz.) fat-free low-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1-1/2
cups  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1
pkg.  (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
1/2
tsp.  dried thyme leaves

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

ADD hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
