  • Cook onions and garlic in butter on medium heat 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in mole sauce and water. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  • Add stuffing mix and corn; mix well. Cover.
  • Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
