How to Thaw Chicken Safely and Quickly

When thawing chicken under running water, be sure to use cold water. Keep the chicken in its original wrap or place in a water-tight resealable plastic bag. Be careful not to cross-contaminate other food products, work surfaces or utensils with the dripping water.

Storage Know-How

Package boneless skinless chicken breasts in recipe-size portions in the freezer. Thaw only the amount needed for a recipe.

Tasted great, no leftovers. Have made several times and will continue to when I need a great tasting and fast recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All it needs is hot sauce We made this recipe 2x. First was according to this recipe, which was good - but maybe a tiny bit bland. The second time we had leftover buffalo wings we'd made the day before which we chopped up & used in place of chicken breasts. The difference was incredible. I feel this could be achieved with 2/3 cup hot sauce blended into the cream cheese/sour cream mixture.
