  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine stuffing mix and water in medium bowl. Let stand 5 min. Stir in eggs.
  • Place chicken, top sides down, on cutting board; spread with stuffing mixture. Starting at one short end, tightly roll up each chicken breast; place, seam side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

How to Pound the Chicken Breasts

Place 2 of the chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick. Remove chicken from bag; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.

Substitute

Omit milk. Substitute 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Classic Chicken Gravy for the canned soup.

Special Extra

Mix 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained, with the prepared stuffing before using as directed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The recipe says to use 6 small chicken breast halves that come to about 1 1/2# total. The recipe says to use 6 small chicken breast halves that come to about 1 1/2# total. I think my grocery store only carries bulked up chickens because the smallest package I could find had three chicken breast halves that equaled 1.6 pounds. So, the pieces of chicken were much bigger than what I imagine the recipe was based on. So, it took almost an hour in the oven before the thermometer registered 170 degrees. In the end, the recipe was good, it just took much longer than anticipated. Also thought it might taste better breaded or with more spices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recipe. I love this recipe. But I hate the roll up of the chicken. I make a easier version. I make the stuffing just like it says in the recipe but I spread it in a 8 x 8 dish and then layer my chicken on top and mix the soup and milk and pour it on top of the chicken. Sometimes I double the recipe and bake it in a 9 x 13 pan. I also boil my chicken=ken a little to make sure it is done. I serve it with Ocean Spray cranberry jelly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this a few days ago for very picky eaters. I made this a few days ago for very picky eaters. It was very easy to make and took very little time. The only thing i adjusted was i used thin sliced chicken cutlets and i also doubled the cream of chicken soup because i wanted some extra sauce. This was the easiest doch i have made and there was none left over. I recomend this to anyone who does not have alot of time to cook dinner. This was in 1 backing dish.

After the first time i made it i used more soup on top so there is more "sauce" to put over the chicken when serving. i lost the recipe so glad i found it here and have it again. thanks!

I used a ton of stuffing and made the chicken rolls out of big pieces of chicken, so I had to cook it longer but it came out great!! They were more like "chicken rolled over a pile of stuffing" If you are a big stuffing fan you will love this. I paired it with the Garlic Mashed potatoes, awesome simple dinner, family loved it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This chicken dish was great. This chicken dish was great. I have made a variety of stuffed chicken breasts in the past and these recipes you have are fast and easy. I added some ground up cooked sweet sausage to my Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing mixture and it was fantastic. I baked the leftover stuffing in the oven with some beaten eggs mixed in and made a breakfast casserole. It was phenomenal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this at least 3 times. I've made this at least 3 times. It always comes out delicious. My husband and kids love it, and also a couple of friends. It is a full meal deal. Usually serve with cream corn, or green beans. Actually have trouble eating a whole one, but this is delicious heated in the microwave. Going to try with cornbread next time to see how that will taste.

I almost felt too like it was a mini Thanksgiving meal as I bought some cranberry sauce in a can. Make plenty as this meal takes no time at all and makes great leftovers! Beverly
