I have been making this dish for about 30yrs, I do add a dash of O'Bay and lemon pepper to it. So easy to do.

What You Need

2
lb. uncooked deveined peeled jumbo shrimp (about 24)

Tbsp. olive oil
1
pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

CUT slit in underside of each shrimp. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Place, slit-sides down, in shallow baking dish.

PREPARE stuffing as directed on package; spoon onto shrimp.

BAKE 5 min. or until heated through.
