Love this dish! I actually rub/marinate the chicken with chili lime seasoning for 10 mins, then cover with a mix of orange juice, a whole lemon squeezed and a tbsp of vinegar (i used cranberry flavored vinegar) and let that sit another 20-25 mins. When I bake it, I add another squeezed lemon into the orange juice with the brown sugar and add a tbsp of garlic. Don't use the marinade, toss that and use fresh juices for the baking. Delish!
