Love this dish! I actually rub/marinate the chicken with chili lime seasoning for 10 mins, then cover with a mix of orange juice, a whole lemon squeezed and a tbsp of vinegar (i used cranberry flavored vinegar) and let that sit another 20-25 mins. When I bake it, I add another squeezed lemon into the orange juice with the brown sugar and add a tbsp of garlic. Don't use the marinade, toss that and use fresh juices for the baking. Delish!
It is easy and tasty. Although next time, I'm going to substitute orange marmalade for the brown sugar or honey. That will give it more orange flavor.
