  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine flour and baking powder. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each addition until well blended. Add bananas and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in crushed cereal.
  • Divide dough in half. (Dough will be sticky.) Use lightly floured hands to shape each half into 14-inch log; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack; cool 5 min. Transfer to cutting board. Use serrated knife to diagonally cut each log into 12 slices. Return, cut-sides up and 1/2 inch apart, to baking sheet. Bake additional 6 to 8 min on each side or until slightly dry. Remove to wire racks; cool completely. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over biscotti. Let stand until chocolate is firm.

Note

Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.

Easy Cleanup

To catch any chocolate drips, place baking sheet or sheets of waxed paper under wire racks before drizzling biscotti with chocolate.
