This would be a good thing to take with you like, on the way to work in the morning because it's basically a bowl of cereal and some fruit blended up. But if you have the time, I'd say the cereal and fruit by itself is a better way to go. The texture is a little bit strange.
I was unable to find the cereal in the store so I used 1/3 cup POST GRAPE-NUTS Cereal. Worked just fine! My only recomendation would be to use less of the cereal. Maybe only 1/4 cup.
