Special Equipment Needed

Size Wise

These cookie balls have built-in portion control so you can easily enjoy one ball when you're craving a sweet treat.

How to Make the Wafer Crumbs

Crushing vanilla wafers is a cinch with a rolling pin and resealable plastic bag. Just place the wafers in the bag, close bag, then roll rolling pin over wafers until finely crushed. Or, use your food processor or blender to process the wafers until finely crushed.

How to Easily Dip the Cookie Balls

To easily coat the cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add cookie balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Return dipped cookie balls to prepared pan; let stand until chocolate coating is firm.

How to Melt the Chocolate

Break the chocolate into small pieces; place in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.

How to Store

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For More Flavor, Use.... These are easy and delicious, but if you want more strawberry flavor make them with strawberry-flavored Pop-Tarts instead of the vanilla wafers. There are other flavors of Pop-Tarts and Kraft Cream Cheese to use: Blueberry w/Blueberry; Cinnamon w/Honey Nut; etc. Try them, you'll love them!
