Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to make. Very easy to make. I made it for Easter and it was a hit with everyone. I made the pudding layer with french vanilla just for a little different flavor. It was great. Just remember to let each layer rest before adding each additional layer so that they will not run into the next layer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for a labor day picnic. Made this for a labor day picnic. Used crushed pineapple and sliced a banana on top after soaking the banana in the skin, in hot water, for 15 minutes so it wouldn't turn brown. Everyone LOVED it. Had many, many compliments.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not make again ! To use the term "bar" in the title of this recipe is misleading to say the least. This recipe never firmed up , even though I followed the exact instructions and gave it ample time to set up in the fridge. I even popped it in the freezer for a couple hours- still a goopy mess. I took this to a party and was embarrassed . It tasted pretty good (nothing spectacular). The pudding layer is the problem as far as the consistency goes. I absolutely would NOT recommend anyone make this , unless you are just planning to eat it at home, in a bowl. What a bummer!

I used real strawberries, not a fan of frozen, but my dish didn't set. I followed the recipe exactly. I was still able to cut it into slices, but had to be careful serving it. I would make this again, maybe I'll make it the night before, maybe let it sit a little longer in the fridge.

I would suggest that you let the cream cheese/strawberry mixture firm up more before adding the pudding mixture. Other than that it was great! I also used boxed graham crackers and mixed that with the butter..less mess.
