  • Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add strawberries; mix well.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour before using as desired.

For a fun and easy way to hull strawberries, try this hulling hack. First, rinse the strawberries in cold water and dry. Next, remove the leaves from the strawberry tops. Finally, push a plastic drinking straw through the bottom of each strawberry until it pokes through the top, removing the hull with it. Check out this video for more information.
