I took whole wheat flour tortillas, sprinkled them with cinnamon and cut them into wedges. Then crisped them up in the oven (watch them closely because they burn in a nanosecond!). These and cut up fruit make great dippers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I changed the recipe a little. I changed the recipe a little. I added a cup of vanilla yogurt, it makes it lighter not as rich. Plus it makes more! I also left out the lemon zest and lemon juice, but used 1/2 tsp of lime. Very good spread on graham crackers with sliced banana's on it.
