    I forgot the cilantro an only had green onion, but did all the rest the same. I de-seeded an deveined the pepper, should have left a little vein wasn't very spicy. tried it with cinnamon pita chips just ok. Then thought I would mix it in with some of the black rice I mad for dinner. AWESOME make a great rice salad!
