  • Chop remaining cilantro; place in medium bowl.
  • Add fruit, onions, remaining peppers and dressing mixture; mix lightly.

I de-seeded an deveined the pepper, should have left a little vein wasn't very spicy. tried it with cinnamon pita chips just ok. Then thought I would mix it in with some of the black rice I mad for dinner. AWESOME make a great rice salad!

My sister-in-law made this dish for Easter and served it over cream cheese with ritz crackers as the recipe suggests (DELICIOUS!). I recently made the recipe but added in some quinoa that I had boiled in water and orange juice, and served with some feta cheese mixed in. Made an amazing quinoa salad!

I will definitely make again. It was easy to fix, however it took a lot longer than 10 minutes to chop everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is awesome! This is awesome! The sweet of the strawberries and spice of jalapeno are great together! I like it with unsalted tortilla chips - that was we get all of the different flavors without the salt getting in the way. Also over pork it is yum!!!!!
