  • Mix pretzel crumbs and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat cream cheese and condensed milk in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add strawberries and lime juice; mix well. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; pour over crust.
  • Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before cutting to serve.

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

    I love this recipe and have made it several times! I make it gluten free using gluten free pretzels because my daughter has celiac. Very light tasting desert especially good when the weather is hot. I am making it for Easter dessert this year.
