What You Need

1-1/2

cups crushed pretzels

1/4

cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup sugar

1-1/3

cups orange juice

cup crushed strawberries

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

MIX pretzels and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add orange juice, beating well after each addition. Stir in crushed strawberries. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over crust.

FREEZE several hours or until firm. Remove from freezer; let stand in refrigerator about 15 min. before cutting into 16 slices to serve. Store leftover dessert in freezer.

Substitute

Don't have a springform pan? Use a 9-inch round cake pan instead. Line the pan with plastic wrap before using for easy removal of the dessert from pan.

The strawberry filling was GREAT! However, the pretzel crust fell apart & became stale. The next time I make this I will try a graham crust instead. Otherwise refreshing.

Easy to make. Very tasty. I used sugarfree coolwhip instead of regular cool whip. Will make again.

the top was good but the pretzel crust I didn't care for next time I will make it with grahm crakers

I made this dessert for a family party and everyone that tried it including myself thought it had a weird taste and wasn't very good. But hey maybe i'm just not that good of a cook?

Started making it when I realized I forgot the pretzels at the store. I had some graham cracker crumbs and used them instead. I don't know how it will be with the pretzels but it was still very good and my grandchildren loved it.

My family and friends loved this dessert. I used thawed nonalcholic Strawberry Margarita mix instead of orange juice and served with fresh sliced strawberries. I also cut the sugar down to about 1/2c instead of the 1c it calls for.
