  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in small bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 5 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups each of the whipped topping and strawberries. Spoon over crust.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Serve topped with the remaining strawberries. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Substitute

Prepare as directed using JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin, Reduced Fat OREO Cookies, PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

Special Extra

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method.  Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed.  Remove foil.  When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.

Easy Cleanup

Place cookies in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, removing all air. Crush cookies with a rolling pin or wooden spoon. Best of all, no mess to clean up!

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using any flavor JELL-O Sugar Free Gelatin or any other JELL-O Flavor Gelatin. Garnish dessert according to the JELL-O flavor your choose.
