I made this for Easter dinner & it was a HIT!!! It is a good recipe for the "purist". No crunchy things that some people don't care for. However, I did use sugar-free jello, a sugar substitute, Lite Cool Whip & another time will try Neufchatel cheese. It brot rave reviews. Also it is pretty & I had a perfect bowl to serve it in. Thank you!
