If you have extra fresh strawberries, you can use them to prepare this delicious smoothie instead of the frozen berries. Hull 4 cups fresh berries, then spread into single layer in waxed paper-lined pan. Freeze until firm, then transfer to freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Do not thaw before using as directed.
Prepare as directed; freeze until firm. Scoop into dessert dishes to serve.
For a creamier smoothie, substitute milk for the juice.
