  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in dry pudding mix until well blended.
  • Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; pour into crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries and remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using another flavor of JELL-O Gelatin, such as Orange or Raspberry.

    I love the idea of this recipe. I originally found this on another site that used 2 small boxes of sugar free strawberry jello, 2 small boxes of vanilla sugar free cook and serve pudding and 2 cups of water. I sliced strawberries and lined the pie pan and didn't use a crust.

    horrible and I typically love anything with strawberries but wouldn't waste my time making this again. I made it exactly like the recipe said and it is way too gel-like for me.
