  • Pierce pound cake with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals. (Do not remove cake from foil pan.) Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour evenly over cake. Refrigerate 3 hours or until gelatin is set.
  • Combine fruit in medium bowl. Add sugar; toss to coat. Let stand 10 min. Dip bottom of foil pan in warm water 10 sec. Invert cake onto serving plate; remove pan.
  • Cut cake into 8 slices; arrange around edge of large serving plate. Spoon COOL WHIP into small bowl; place in center of plate. Top cake with fruit mixture.
