TOSS rhubarb with sugar in large saucepan; stir in water.
BRING to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 2 min. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into dessert cups.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm.
