Dessert perfection: Sweet, tender rhubarb and strawberries piled high on a thick slice of pound cake.

What You Need

lb.  fresh rhubarb, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
2
cups  halved strawberries
1/3
cup  sugar

Tbsp.  water
1
pkg.  (10.75 oz.) frozen prepared pound cake, thawed, cut into 10 slices

cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

COOK rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and water in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until rhubarb is desired tenderness, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours.

SPOON about 1/4 cup rhubarb mixture over each cake slice just before serving; top with 2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP.
