    Excellent. The caramelized almonds add an unexpected touch. I've made the recipe several times in the last few weeks & every time someone has requested the recipe. Next time I will serve the dressing on the side - leftovers get a little soggy.

    This is a great salad, it's very light yet pleasantly sweet. I did not think to serve the dressing as a side, which I will do next time, as I have left over salad.

    Made everything from scratch, including the Carmelized Pecans and the Poppy Seed dressing. Made it for a family dinner. Turned out really incredible. Will try to make this again soon.
