I slice my strawberries, toss them with a little Splenda and 1 T lemon juice. And have varied
by adding a crushed gingersnap, vanilla wafer, or gramded cracker to the bottom of the dish. Or, for Company use the sugar free pudding and strawberrie ladled over a slice of anglefood cake loaf. When using for the cake, I cover and refrig pudding and assemble just before serving. Everyone feels totally indulged with few caleries!
