Prepare using KOOL-AID Lemonade Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix.
Choose a watermelon that has a smooth, waxy surface and a creamy-colored underside. If the underside is white or greenish, the watermelon is not ripe. Hearing a thud when you tap the watermelon slightly with the palm of your hand is another sign of ripeness. If you hear a ringing sound, the melon is not ripe.
Decrease watermelon to 3 cups and add 2 cups plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
The watermelon is rich in vitamin C and a good source of vitamin A in this refreshing fat-free drink.

So very good! Made this with lemonade mix and it was great. Couldn't try strawberry because I could only find cherry in the store. Really refreshing and a tart!!!
