This elegant dessert is amazingly easy to make. Frozen puff pastry sheets are baked and layered with chocolate-flavored whipped topping and sliced strawberries.

What You Need

 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17-1/4-oz. pkg.)

pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), divided

cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
1-1/3
cups  sliced strawberries

Make It

THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400°F. Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface; pierce pastry evenly with fork to ensure even rising. Cut pastry crosswise into 3 pieces, following fold lines in pastry. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.

PLACE 4 oz. chocolate and 1/2 cup of the whipped topping in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 30 sec. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool 20 min. or until completely cooled, stirring occasionally. Add remaining whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

SPLIT each pastry piece into 2 layers. Set aside 2 of the top layers. Spread each of the 4 remaining pastry layers with a scant 1/2 cup of the whipped topping mixture; top each with 1/3 cup of the strawberries. Stack 2 of the topped layers; top each with 1 of the 2 remaining 2 pastry layers. Melt 2 oz. of the remaining chocolate; drizzle evenly over pastry stacks. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Cut each stack into 6 pieces to serve.
