SOOOOOOOO, I got adventurous and used blackberry and strawberry jello, strawberry yogurt and mixed berry ***** cheese. I chopped grapes, blueberries and nectarines into bite size chunks and then I sprinkled the chopped ***** with a powdered honey and ginger mix to prevent browning and add a little spice. After stirring well, I put the chunks in the bottom of each tin. (I used a mini bundt cake pan, 12 to a pan.) I then picked strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and cauliflower strawberries from my yard and macerated them with a fork, I added a little ginger honey powder to this mix also. I then added the macerated ***** to the jello-yogurt mix after the last time in the microwave. Lastly, I add 4 to 6 tablespoons of the mixed berry ***** cheese to the hot jello mixture and stirred until it was well blended. I then spooned the jello mixture over the chopped ***** in the tins and refrigerate it till firm. So cute and delicious, if I do say so myself! This made 24 mini jello bun
