This pie was really good taste wise (didn't really even need the streusel topping). I only gave it 4 stars because for some reason it did not set. I took advice from others and made it night before, but it was still very soft. I could not cut an actual piece, so we kind of just lobbed in on the plates! My family still liked it, but I am not sure what I did wrong.
If you want a break from traditional baked pumpkin pie, this is it! My kids don't like traditional pumpkin pie, but ask for seconds of this all the time. It's light and not too sweet. I make this pie at least twice during the holiday season. It is my absolute favorite.
