  • Core apple, leaving 1-1/2-inch opening in apple.
  • Mix peanut butter, cereal and raisins. Spoon into center of apple. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Variation Cream Cheese & Raisin Stuffed Apple

Omit peanut butter and cereal. Mix 1 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread and 2 Tbsp. raisins. Fill apple with cream cheese spread mixture.

How to Core An Apple

To core an apple, push apple corer or small pairing knife through center from stem end at top to blossom end at bottom. Turn or twist the apple corer to cut out the core.
