Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Treats

Give your chocolate chip cookies a little extra love by topping them with coconut, marshmallows, pecans and more chocolate.

What You Need

 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
2
oz.  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
2
tsp.  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
16
 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
2
tsp.  chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

PLACE 8 cookies, flat sides up, on foil-covered baking sheet. Top with chopped chocolate, coconut and marshmallows. Bake 4 min.

COVER with remaining cookies, flat sides down, to make 8 sandwiches.

BAKE an additional 2 to 4 min. or until cookies are warmed and chopped chocolate pieces and marshmallows are melted. Serve warm.

Use Your Microwave
Place 8 cookies, flat sides up, in single layer on microwaveable plate. Top with chocolate, coconut and marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until chocolate is almost melted. Cover with remaining cookies; press tops gently to secure. Microwave 30 sec.
Variation Note
Prepare as directed. Refrigerate 10 min., then serve.
