Substitute ground turkey for the ground beef.
With the wide variety of salsas now available, try topping these burgers with a roasted corn salsa, green salsa or even a fruit salsa.
Store ground beef in the coldest part of the refrigerator for up to 2 days. (The refrigerator temperature should be no higher than 40°F.) For longer storage, wrap the meat tightly in foil or freezer-weight plastic wrap and store in the freezer. When thawing, place the meat on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator to prevent any drippings from cross-contaminating other foods.

Really easy and had so much flavor
These are great! I had trouble with the burgers falling apart but the second time I made them, I added an egg to the meat mixture and it solved the problem! I make them for cook outs with friends and always get rave reviews!
The cheese filling was great- we think we would have liked it better without the taco seasoning.
