  • Toss croutons with the cheese, water and basil in medium bowl; set aside. Melt 1 Tbsp. of the butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Add to cheese mixture; mix lightly.
  • Make horizontal cut in 1 side of steak, being careful to not cut all of the way through steak. Open steak; spread with the stuffing mixture. Roll up, starting from 1 of the short ends; tie securely with kitchen string. Melt remaining 1 Tbsp. butter in same skillet. Add steak; cook until browned on all sides, turning occasionally. Add tomato sauce; cover. Reduce heat to low.
  • Simmer 1 hour and 30 min. to 2 hours or until steak is tender, basting occasionally. Cut steak crosswise into slices to serve; top with the sauce.
