Stuffed Mushroom Dip

What You Need

 Thin woven wheat crackers
1
Tbsp.  butter
1
lb.  mushrooms, finely chopped
1
 red pepper, finely chopped
1
clove  garlic, minced
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2
Tbsp.  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Make It

CRUSH 30 crackers.

MELT butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, peppers and garlic; cook 8 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

STIR in cracker crumbs, cheese and sour cream. Serve with additional crackers.

Make Ahead
Prepare dip as directed. Transfer to microwaveable dish; cool. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through.
