This was a little bland it needed something more. Maybe a little more bacon, breadcrumbs, and cheese. I used Triple Cheddar Cheese with Philadelphia, that's all they had. I don't think I will make this again.
Quick, easy and tastes like summer. I came home late and used Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon to shorten the prep time even more. The family loved it. I even had someone whisper in my ear they actually felt like they ate something healthy.
I made this on a night when my grandson was coming to dinner~He now asks for this nearly every week!! Love it and so easy to prepare~~
