Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was very disappointed with the outcome of this recipe. I was very disappointed with the outcome of this recipe. I probably did something wrong - but not sure what happened. The onions burnt as i was cooking the pork chops and so then when i added the stuffing to the the Water and apples, the stuffing came out very dark because i had burnt onions in the pan. i thought it was okay, my kids did not like it. They are all about looks and if the dish doesn't look good they won't enjoy it. I will try it again. maybe it was the pan or i had the heat to hot when i was cooking the onions and pork chops.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a great, simple recipe. This is a great, simple recipe. My son got rave reviews when he prepared it for his flatmates at college. I make this recipe with considerable frequency, often adding chopped celery and/or raisins to the mix. I never peel the apples, which seems to keep them from getting too terribly soft.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used the variation to make the recipe without the onions and it was absolutely delicious! I used the variation to make the recipe without the onions and it was absolutely delicious! While I was cooking the chops, I had more than ample time to slice my apples so it worked out perfect! I used a little salt and pepper while cooking the pork too to add a little bit more fun!

The Apple flavour added to the pork chops was nice, however the stuffing mixture turned out to be quite soggy. I will try this recipie again tho, just to make sure it wasn't something I did wrong. I served this meal with a side of honey glazed baby carrots with a dash of parsley.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sorry-My Family & I did not care for this recipe. Sorry-My Family & I did not care for this recipe. We did not like the onion/apple combination, and the porkchops get dried out when you pan fry them long enough to cook through. 'A' for effort because the recipe was quick & easy-but...I wouldn't make it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was pretty good. This was pretty good. I would make it again but definitely switch it up a little bit, cooking the pork chops a little differently to retain just a bit more moisture. And add some extra seasoning. So it's not perfect, but we (my boyfriend and I) liked it.
