What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)

tsp. garlic powder

pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed, well drained

can (7 oz.) corn, drained

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

1-1/2

cups hot water

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover with stir-fry vegetables. Combine corn and dressing; spoon over vegetable layer in dish.

ADD hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Spoon over corn mixture; cover.

BAKE 45 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), uncovering for the last 15 min.

Substitute

Substitute 1 cup canned cream-style corn for the whole kernel corn and/or your favorite frozen vegetables for the stir-fry vegetables.

Very easy to put together with what you have on hand. I took the advice of other reviewers and cut the chicken into chunks, which made it easier to serve.

I make a variation of this but use broccoli crowns vs veggies & some pasta for filler. My grandkids love it.

Very easy to make and pretty tasty for a healthy meal. We used cream style corn to add some more flavor and to have a little creamier. We also cut the chicken in bite size pieces. We'll definately make again!

Lorilee and Christopher did not like the artichoke hearts. They seemed to soak up all the dressing.

I altered this recipe a lot, but my big family loved it.

It was a little bland. If I make it again I would probably season the chicken and maybe cut it into cubes.

My husband & I loved this recipe. Much lighter than the cream soup version! (Yes, I have made both.) I used California blend veges instead of stir fry with great results.
