Rated 4 out of 5 by from pretty fantastic for my first filet mignon! pretty fantastic for my first filet mignon! I paid 8.39 for over 1/2 lb (2 of the 4 ounce filets; I cut at home) and it worked out exceptionally well! you'd think it would be so tiny 4 ounce filets, but they were almost superb, I chose some sauted zucchini as the side dish since it only required a little zucchini for the topping, why not make it into a side dish! I was very pleased with this, but--do yes do! marinade the filet in some type of dressing so that it has some flavor because the filet mignon all by itself doesn't do the trick for me personally!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The weird thing about this recipe is that it kind of works. The weird thing about this recipe is that it kind of works. I followed the recipe to aT as I always do when making a Kraft recipe for the first time. And the whole time, I was thinking, the stuffing is going to be so dry and inedible. And the stuffing was a bit crispy from the broiler, but where it had been mixed in with a lot of cheese, onions, and zucchini, it was actually surprisingly moist. I found this to be a great way to sneak in some veggies. And the filets were delicious. I guess the most useful thing I can say is that if you're expecting really moist, soft stuffing, you either don't want to try this recipe or should mix in a bit of water with the stuffing mixture (but not as much as you normally would because of the moisture in the veggies and cheese).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for Valentine's Day dinner and it was a big hit! I made this for Valentine's Day dinner and it was a big hit!!! I even went and bought a special saute pan that can be used on the stovetop as well as the oven. It was worth it. I ended up buying bigger filets than the recipe called for, so I had to leave them in the oven a bit longer. Next time, I'll leave the stuffing off until halfway through the baking time. Delicious! I'll be making this the next time I serve a fancy dinner when company stops by!

I agree that it is not very healthy, but this isn't a recipe that you would be eating everyday. It's ok to splurge once in awhile, like St. Valentine's Day or an anniversary.
